ALBANY – Herman F. Townsend, 64, of Albany, passed away on Friday May 9, 2014 at the VA Medical Center in Albany after a brief illness.
He was born in Burlington, VT and served in Vietnam with the US Marine Corp from 1967 through 1971. He worked for Woodward Company in Albany.
Herman is the loving husband of Mary V. Townsend. He is a loving stepfather and grandfather. He will be dearly missed.
There will be no services.
