CLIFTON PARK-Hilda S. Gonnella, 78, passed away on December 3, 2015 in Albany, New York.
Hildy was born in Brooklyn to John Huljus and Lilly Beisiegel on June 13, 1937. She worked as Secretary to the Principal at Rhinebeck Elementary School. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and was always the life of the party.
Hildy is preceded in death by her parents, John and Lilly; her husband Mario, and two sisters, Wilma and Dorothy.
Hildy is survived by her son Sean Gonnella and his wife Pam; son Michael Gonnella and his wife Laurie, daughter Suzanne Lukaszewski and her husband Douglas, grandson Alexander Gonnella and step-grandson James Khunchamnan.
A memorial gathering for family and friends will be held at Elmendorph Inn in Red Hook, New York on December 9, 2015 from 4:00pm – 8:00pm.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to St. Peter's Hospice Inn for their care and support in her final days.
