Hildred F. (Weidman) Ryder, 87, wife of the late Richard Ryder Sr., passed away after a brief illness at home on April 8th, 2024.
Born January 8th, 1937 in Westerlo, she was the daughter to the late Abram and Madge Weidman.
Hildred worked as a clerk at Montgomery Ward from 1955 to 1971. Later in life, she would deliver newspapers with her son, Richard Jr. which she enjoyed very much.
She is survived by her son Richard Ryder Jr., as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Hildred was predeceased by her brothers: Millard, Latelle Sr., and Lawrence. As well as her sister, Coleen (Weidman) Wright.
A burial for Hildred will be held on Monday, April 15th, 2024 at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 983 Watervliet Shaker Rd, Albany, NY 12205, at noon.
