Howard A. Bisner

Howard A. Bisner, 69, passed away peacefully on September 4, 2014 and is now in the arms of the Lord.
Howard proudly served with the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
He retired from Metro Ford after a 32 year career.
He attended Grace Fellowship Church. He was an avid NASCAR fan, enjoyed golfing and spending time with his family and friends.
Howard is survived by his loving wife for over 46 years, Frances Bisner, his children; Howard M. "Howie" Bisner and April M. (David Parisi) Bisner. He is the brother of Dennis (Zee) Bisner and Keith (Anne Marie) Bisner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Foundation Fighting Blindness P.O. Box 17279, Baltimore, MD 21297 in Howard's memory.
Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at 10:30 am at Memory Gardens, 983 Watervliet Shaker Rd., Colonie, NY 12205. A memorial reception will follow the service and details will be announced at the service.
