Hoy S. Chow, "Joe", peacefully entered eternal rest on November 18, 2018 at his home in Colonie, NY at the age of 83.
Born in China, Hoy is survived by his loving wife Joanne Chow of 51 years. Lovingly remembered by many friends and neighbors, Hoy lived a full yet simple life cherishing everyone he knew. Enjoying the fruits of life, Hoy can be best described as everyone's friend with a smile that could light up a room and a laugh that that would warm the heart. He will be dearly missed by those who knew him. A special thanks to Hospice Care for all the love and care provided, and to AnnaMarie and Patrick Paratore for their continued love and support.
Visitation will be held on November 26th from 12:00pm- 1:00pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, with a burial ceremony immediately following at Memory Gardens, 983 Watervliet-Shaker Road, Colonie.
