Latham- Kuan-Ying Hsueh, 89, passed away on Thursday, March 22, 2007 at the Prospect Nursing Home in Bennington, VT. Born in Wenzhou Zhejin China, Kuan-Ying immigrated to the United States in 1967. Kuan-Ying had worked for ENCON in Albany as a Hydraulics Engineer until his retirement in 1988.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 12:00 PM at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave.). Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may be made at www.newcomerfamily.com.
