Idella I. Pugh

NEW YORK – Idella (Ida) Pugh, 91, after a brief illness slipped peacefully into eternal rest on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at The Mount Sinai Hospital, New York. She is survived by her brother George Marbley, Albany; Cassandra Henderson, and friend Robert Terry of Manhattan. Additionally, Ida is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins and friends who will surely miss those daily telephone communications.

She was predeceased by her husband Solomon Pugh; Florence Spencer, and brother Edward Marbley.

A funeral service officiated by Rev. Charles Riggins will be held on Wednesday at 12:00 pm at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. A calling hour will precede the service from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in Cedar Park Cemetery, Hudson.
