Iesha C. Watson , 27, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Albany Medical Center, with her loving family by her side.
Iesha was the daughter of Kimberly Curtis and Bryant Watson.
She enjoyed writing, she was a Great Mother, sister, a fantastic friend. She was a loving God Mother, a wonderful niece, an advisor, a comedian and an all around people person. She unselfishly did for others.
She is predeceased by her grandfathers, her paternal grandmother and her aunt.
In addition to her parents, Iesha is survived by her son, Zaquan M. Rucker; she is the sister of Bryant Watson, Maurice Fowlkes and Kimberly Fowlkes. Her maternal "Nana" Joann Curtis, her aunts and uncles; Tanya ("Uncle Dony") Beauzile, Antoinette ("Uncle BooBoo") Curtis, Iris Watson, Anthony Curtis, Andre Hudson and Gregory Watson. She is also survived by her great great uncle, William "Uncle Sonny" Hurt and host of family and friends.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, Colonie, NY, on Friday December 7, 2018 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. A funeral service will be held Friday December 7, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
