Irene O'Toole Enos

COLONIE – Irene R. O'Toole Enos, 64, of Colonie, passed away on Saturday November 22, 2008 at her residence after a long illness.
She was born in Albany and was the daughter of the late Anthony Gione and Josephine and Louis Grieco. Irene was previously employed at K Mart, NYS Division of Military and Naval Affairs and operated Irene's Beauty Salon in Colonie. She enjoyed the casinos, playing the horses, flowers, decorating, cooking, creating arts and crafts and spending time with family and friends. Irene was a member of VFW Post 8692 Ladies Auxiliary.
Irene was predeceased by her husband William O'Toole Sr., her mother in law Betty O'Toole and her brother Anthony Gione.
She is survived by her beloved husband Warren H. Enos; her devoted children, Shannon O'Toole and William O'Toole Jr. (and his wife Kelly). She is the stepmother of Gregory Enos, Mary Jo-An Nagel, Catherine Sue Enos, Warren Charles Enos, Nancy Wheeler, Lynn Wertman, William Enos and Beth Overbaugh. Irene is the loving sister of Mary Ann Camilli, Joann McClure and Regina Kosiba ( and her husband Kevin). She is the cherished grandmother of Brianna and Carter. Several cousins, nieces, nephews, step grandchildren and dear friends also survive.
Funeral services will be Tuesday morning at 10:00 at Newcomer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Calling hours will be Monday from 4 to 7 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in Memorys Garden.
