SCOTIA – Irene T. Wilkie, 70, formerly of Schenectady, passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2013. Born in Schenectady, she was the daughter of the late Ray and Gertrude Wilkie. Irene lived in Schenectady for all of her life. She worked at St. Clare's Hospital for over thirty-five years before she retired. Irene was an avid stamp collector. She is survived by one aunt, one uncle and several cousins.
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions would be appreciated to the Animal Protective Foundation, 53 Maple Ave., Scotia, NY 12302 in memory of Irene T. Wilkie.
