ALBANY-Irving I. "Irv" Randolph, 65, passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 surrounded by the love of his family.

Irv was born on November 29, 1951 to the late Isaac and Effie Randolph in Albany, NY. On August 4, 1989 Irv married ALBANY-Irving I. "Irv" Randolph, 65, passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 surrounded by the love of his family.

Irv was born on November 29, 1951 to the late Isaac and Effie Randolph in Albany, NY. On August 4, 1989 Irv married the love of his life Rita Williams Randolph. They were together for 43 years. Together they had two children. In 2012 Irv retired from NYS Dept. of Tax and Finance with over 20 years of service. Irv will be remembered for his love of photography, computers, fishing, movies, music, and for the last seven years, World of Warcraft. His passion in life was his family.

Irv is predeceased by his beloved daughter, Lentia G. "Tia" Williams, and his sisters, Lizabeth Randolph-Fletcher, and Elizabeth Chandler.

He is survived by his loving wife, Rita Williams Randolph, his son, Isaac D. Williams, his siblings; Barbara J. Walker, and Willie J. (Alma) Randolph, his granddaughter, Jahanna M. Foreman, and a host of family and friends.


Calling hours will be held at New Comer Funerals & Cremations, Latham Chapel, 181 Troy Schenectady Road, Watervliet, NY 12189, on Monday, February 13, 2016 from 10:00am-11:00am with a service to immediately follow. Burial will be held at Albany Rural Cemetery.

The family would like all the staff at St. Peter's Community Hospice Inn for all their care and compassion that they showed to Irving during his last days.
