Albany- Isaac Smalls passed away, Monday November 30th 2015, surrounded by his family after a long illness . Isaac was the son of the late Lewis and Emma Smalls. He is survived by his brother Christopher (Theresa), Clarence (Dorothy), Henry, twin sister Rebecca of Atlanta, GA and his daughter Latoya.
Calling hours will be on Friday, December 4th 2015 from 10:00am-11:00am at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 86 Schuyler St, Albany, NY 12202. A funeral service will follow the calling hours starting at 11:00am. Interment will be held Monday at Peru Cemetery in St. Stephen, SC.
