Isabelle Colca, 64, of Richmondville, passed away on March 4, 2021 at St. Peter's Hospital.
Born in Elmsford, NY, she was the daughter of the late Roger and Jeanie Jalbert.
Isabelle was a NYC Patrol Officer in the 49th PCT and retired as a Narcotics Detective in the South Bronx, a job in which she loved. She also is retired from Spectrum.
Isabelle is survived by her loving husband Keith, and her beloved 9 Furbabys, stepchildren Ashley Colca, Samantha Colca and Brian Colca of Fair Lawn, NJ, also Liam Foley and Edward Foley Jr of Long Island, NY, sister in law Karen Peer and husband Vaughn of Warwick NY. She had many loving friends.
She loved the warm summers and her classic cars. She was a member of Tri City Muscle in Albany NY.
Services will be private.
