COLONIE - Isabelle "Belle" Caroline Savoie, 76, passed away on Monday, July 18, 2011 at Albany Memorial Hospital.
Belle was born on March 1, 1935 in Albany and was the daughter of the late William Roy and Dorothy May (Bowyer) Vadakin. She was a clerk typist for the NYS Department of Labor Worker's Compensation Board for 20 years, retiring in 2003. She loved spending time with family – especially her grandchildren.
Belle is the beloved mother of Linda J. (Daniel J. Frazier) Van Hoesen, Lawrence J. Snide, and the late George M. Zaloga; cherished grandmother of Kristopher, Jeffrey and Jenna Van Hoesen and Zachary and Jacob Snide; cherished great grandmother of Rayshawn, Kristopher Jr., Jaiden, and Tasheem; loving sister of Denise Molitor; and aunt of Louis Molitor. She is also survived by several great nieces and great nephews.
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Interment, Memory Gardens in Colonie.
