Ivon N. Clarke, 65, of Albany, passed away on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at St. Peter's Hospital with his loving family by his side. Born on November 30, 1952 in Jamaica, West Indies, Ivon was the son of the late Dermot and Violet (Palmer) Clarke.
He is survived by his sister, Meril (Jean) Jacques; his brothers, Melvin (Panzea) Clarke, Murray (Rose) Clarke, Lincoln (Althea) Clarke and Courtney (Michelle) Clarke; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Besides his parents, Ivon was predeceased by his aunts and uncles as well.
Relatives and friends may call from 9:00 am to 10:00 am., on Friday (October 12) at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Rd., Watervliet, where a funeral service will be held at 10:00 am from the funeral home. Interment will follow the service in Memory Gardens, Colonie.
