Jacob Lanthier, age 37, of Peoria, AZ died on March 18th, 2021 in Peoria, AZ. He was born April 6th, 1983, to Keith and Kathy Lanthier in Albany, NY.
Jake graduated from Colonie Central High School, class of 2001, and went on to earn his MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2015.
He was the proud owner of Whispering Dragons, IT Solutions servicing the Phoenix, AZ area and member of the South West Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Jake had a passion for video games and loved gardening, cooking, hiking, and his dragon collection. He was known for his quick wit, infectious smile, and never met a stranger.
He is survived by fiancé, Samantha Anthony; sisters, Sarah Hintze and Emily Johnson; nephews, William Hintze and Calvin Johnson; parents, Keith and Kathy Lanthier, and grandparents, Robert and Joanne Russell.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joseph and Wilma Lanthier from Tupper Lake, NY.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his calling hours on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, New York. A service will follow at 7 p.m.
Gathering size, within our chapels will be based on the most current NYS occupancy requirements. Masks are required and social distancing is to be observed inside and outside of our chapels.
