Jacqueline M. Hendrick, 91, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 5, 2018, with her loving family by her side.
Jacqueline was born in Aurora, CO and was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Mildred Grancio (Granito).
Jacqueline was the devoted wife to the late Edward Ray and the late John F. Hendrick.
She worked for over 15 years with SEFCU in Colonie.
Jacqueline was a member of Our Saviors Lutheran Church, the leader of Morning Glory's for 7 years and active in various church groups.
She had a great love for music and dancing.
In addition to her parents and her husbands, Jacqueline was predeceased by her son, Jeffrey E. Ray and her granddaughter, Sarah Voss.
Jacqueline is survived by her children, Daniel Ray and Anna Marie Ray. She is the adored grandmother of Suzanne Stonecipher, Daniel Ray, Garrett Voss, Jason Ray and Adam Ray. Her step children, John F. Hendrick, Daina Woodward and Karen Russo and her 7 step grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at New Comer Cremation & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie, NY. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 9:00 am at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 68 Mountainview Ave., Colonie. Interment will follow the service in St. Johns Lutheran Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 68 Mountainview Ave, Colonie, NY 12205.
