James A. Gartland, 52, passed away suddenly on Saturday, Aug 18, 2012 at St. Peter's Hospital. He was born in Rochester, NY to Vernon and Nancy Gartland. James was employed with the New York Department of Health.
In addition to his parents, James is survived by his sister Linda (James) Key and his brother Thomas (Candace) Gartland.
