ALBANY - James Thomas Flynn (Jamie), 60, son of the late James Patrick and the late Bridgette Marie Flynn, both of Albany, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at Saint Peter's Hospital.
He was born in Albany on June 30, 1960.
Jamie attended Columbia High School and worked 30 years at Saint Peter's Hospital as a Surgical Tech with local Orthopedic Surgeons. Some of his hobbies included, being a fan of Notre Dame Football, (GO IRISH), Todd Rundgren fan club and called himself "A Toddie", he also loved to bet the ponies at the track.
He is survived by his sister, Susan Marie (Flynn) Zirnite of California, and several cousins in Albany, Georgia and Alabama.
Friends and former colleagues may call at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, New York on Tuesday June 29, 2021 during the hours of 4-8PM. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, June 30 at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Rensselaer. Online condolences may be expressed at www.NewComerAlbany.com
