VOORHEESVILLE – James M. Cramer, 77, passed away on Monday, November 14, 2011 at home. Born in Albany, he was the son of the late Chester C. and Hazel A. (Godfrey) Cramer.
James is survived by his loving wife, Shirley Ann (Dubuque) Cramer; children James J. Cramer, Sr., Sandra A. Thomas, both of Voorheesville, Lewis A. Cramer of Westerlo, Chester C. Cramer of Pinellas Park, FL, and Bernadette M. Wilson of St. Petersburg, FL; grandchildren Jeremy E. Cramer, James J. Cramer, Jr., and Jennifer Cramer of Voorheesville, Randy N. Thomas and Christopher Thomas of Voorheesville, James A. Cramer of Westerlo, Robert Vanderford of Baltimore, MD, and Leann L. Cramer of Westerlo, Douglas A. Wilson and Adam J. Wilson of St. Petersburg, FL; great-grandchildren Lillian Cramer, Fiona Cramer, Baylee Rose Thomas and Melody A. Thomas, of Voorheesville; siblings Robert C. Cramer of Menands, Kenneth P. Cramer of Albany, and Sharon Von Maucher of Scotia. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
James was predeceased by his brother Ronald A. Cramer and his granddaughter, Nicole Cramer.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 12:00 pm at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Calling hours will precede the service from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm at the funeral home. Entombment will be in Memory Gardens, Colonie.
