James Weaver

ALBANY- James Weaver, 70, of Albany, went to be with the Lord on May 4. 2010.
He was born in Marion, South Carolina and was the son of the late Beulah Weaver Ryan and Thomas Weaver Sr. At the age of 17, James made Albany his home. James had worked previously at Orange Ford and Jefferson Motors. He was the owner/operator of S& H Body Shop in Albany for the past 21 years.
He is survived by his wife, Mella Garramone Weaver; his children, James Jr., Carl, Sharon, Jamie-Lynn and Melody; Grandchildren, LaQuavia, Raven, Rayna, Shanya, James III, Ah-Jhanay,Amari, Anya, Tysiah and Taishon; his siblings Eula Mae (Joshua) Bolden, David, Mary, AnnieLee (Tina), AnnaMae (Noonie), Rebecca, Sarah & Georgia Ryan all of Camden, NJ., JaneyLee Graves of Coxsackie, and Joseph (Corinne) Weaver of North Carolina. He was predeceased by brothers, Charlie, Thomas Jr. and Ernest. He also leaves behind many cousins and friends. Special cousin of Richard Lee Davis of Camden, NJ. Funeral services will be Saturday morning at 11:00 at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie. A calling hour will precede the service from 10 to 11 am at the funeral home. Interment will be in Albany Rural Cemetery.
