Heaven gained another angel on June 2, 2022 when Jamie left this world to be reunited with her mom, dad and friends who went before her.

Jamie had so many friends who loved to be around her – she had the gift of humor and could always make you laugh, leaving you feeling better than before. She would also mop the floor with you if you crossed her!! She was the perfect combination of her laid back father and her larger than life mother… she was a force to be reckoned with for sure.

She loved her two nieces, two sisters, her brother and her many friends more than life itself, and would give you the last dollar she had if you needed it. She LOVED to go shopping and out to dinner. She grew up in a house filled with animals and always had her own throughout her life - her dog Jamison and her sugar glider Alphie were her babies. She loved to watch terrible shows like cold case files and horror movies and had the best one liners around. Most recently there was one that cracked me up which was "you gotta put a black eye on that situation". And who could forget those "looks" she'd give – the side eye with the smirk – classic Jamie… If we only knew what she was thinking (or maybe its best we didn't).

We're all going to miss having her around and there are no words that can truly describe this loss, but let's not let her life be in vain. Let's make Jamie proud when she looks down on us from Heaven by taking care of ourselves and those we love, by living happy and healthy lives - she would want that for all of us.

A visitation will be held on Friday June 10 from 2pm-3pm, with a service to follow at 3pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd, Colonie NY 12205
