Jane Rose Biernacki, 90, passed away on Monday, June 5, 2017 with her loving family by her side.
Jane was the daughter of the late John and Pelagia Zaremba.
She enjoyed spending time with her family.
Jane is survived by her children, Robert Biernacki and Christine (George) Graver. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Robert, Courtney and Sophie Biernacki.
Funeral services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society 3 Oakland Avenue Menands, NY 12204 in Jane's memory.
