Jane Weitzel

Jane Weitzel, 66, of Cohoes, passed away January 27, 2021 at home.

Born in Glens Falls, NY, she was the daughter of Marion (Krute) Rosso and the late Arthur Rosso.

Jane was an amazing woman. She was a mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, Aunt, and friend to so many. She loved the beach, and was an avid traveler. Jane also had a passion for music. She loved dancing! There was always music playing in the house, especially Irish Music and she was a big fan of Hair of the Dog.

Jane was a proud grandmother to her two grandchildren, Gianna and Dominic. She cherished her time with them. From watching her granddaughter playing soccer, to bringing her to school and just talking. Dominic, her grandson, is an avid baseball player, and she never missed a game! She enjoyed coming to all the football and basketball games as well to cheer her meatball on! I think one of her proudest moments in life was watching her granddaughter graduate from high school last year. Although she is no longer here, we know her spirit will be with us at all these events and milestones.

Jane is survived by her daughter Adrienne Weitzel, grandchildren Gianna and Dominic Pasinella, mother Marion Rosso, sisters Billie Tully, Joy Aloan, and Carol Johnson.

Jane you are so missed, and not a day will go by that we will not think of you! We know you are sitting relaxing somewhere on a beach smiling down on us all with love.
