Janet Dudley

GLENVILLE – Janet M. Dudley, 72, passed away on Monday March 28, 2005 at the Albany Medical Center.
Janet was born on September 17, 1932 in Kingston, NY to the late William J. and Edna Marie Slieght Cole.
She owned and operated the Northeast Realty Specialist and the former Champagne Homes where she was a real estate broker for over 30 years. She was a member of the Schenectady County Board of Realtors. She also had worked at SUNY in Albany.
Janet is survived by her husband of 52 years, J. Clifton Dudley Jr.; three sons, John C. (Patricia) Dudley III, William Dudley and Donald (Jennifer) Dudley; her sister, Irene Polhemus; her brother, William Cole; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Julie and Brandon, Cheryl, Will and Nicole, Brittany, Donny Jr., Lindsey, Dominick, Kaila and Rebecca. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Thomas Dudley and a sister, Shirley Hammond.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. at the New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie, (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave.). Interment Memory's Garden in Colonie. Calling hours will on Friday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
