Janet E. Pacini

LAS VEGAS, NV - Janet Elaine Pacini (Zimmerman) formerly of Albany, passed away on November 19, 2011. Her beloved husband of 20 years, and her loving family surrounded her. She was 52 years old.
Janet graduated from Colonie Central High School and worked at MTI and St. Peters Hospital where she was employee of the year. In 1996 Janet and her husband moved to Las Vegas, where she worked for MGM Mirage for 13 years. Janet and her husband had two "children", Harley and Shadow. She loved having friends and family visit her to lounge by the pool and show them the town. She also enjoyed weekend trips to New York to spend time with her family.
Janet is survived by her husband, Gennaro T. Pacini of Las Vegas, formerly Syracuse NY. She was the daughter of Dorothy and Edward Zimmerman of Colonie, sister to Kathy Bulka (David), Mary Zimmerman, Peggy Chesebrough (Ed), Joanne Miller (John), David Zimmerman (Suzanne) and sister-in-law Patricia Pacini Woodmansee (Rick), aunt to Kristie and Tracy L. Chesebrough, Katy and Megan Miller, Carli Zimmerman, Kathryn Compton (Bulka), Laura Brown(Bulka), and David, Jacob and Joseph Zimmerman and Kenny Jack.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 11:30 am at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie.Family and friends are invited to call prior to the service from 9:30am to 11:30am at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Memory Gardens.
