Janice G. Tully, 85, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at her home with her loving family by her side.
Janice was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Martha Gilbert.
Janice was the devoted wife to the late James J. Tully.
She loved spending time camping with her family and cooking big family dinners.
She was predeceased by her daughter Colleen Ann Tully-Conrad and her sisters Patricia Gilbert and Joan Bruno.
Janice is survived by her children, Michael Tully, Laura Tully and Dawn Knight; her brother Richard Gilbert. She was the proud grandmother of Kristin, Kerri, Kelsey, Herbie and Timothy. She is also survived by her beloved Sophie and many nieces, nephews and close family and friends.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Rd., Watervliet, NY on Thursday April 6, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. A funeral service will follow the calling hours at 6:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in the spring where she will be laid to rest next to her husband in Dorset VT.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society - Albany 1 Marcus Blvd. #104, Albany, NY 12205 in her memory.
