Jason M. Larue

Jason M. LaRue, 50, passed away at home on Monday, November 27, 2023. Born in Schenectady, he was the son of the late Anthony J. LaRue Jr and Mary C. LaRue. Jason is survived by his wife, Sonya (Coons) LaRue.

Jason was a graduate of Mohanasen High School. He worked as a security guard for over 20 years. He was a fan of the San Fran 49ers and enjoyed watching movies especially Godzilla. He knew all the lines. Jason was a foster parents and loved animals.

In addition to his wife he is survived by his children Cassandra, Miranda and Damien. He will also be missed by his siblings Anthony (Kelly) and Christopher (Alisa). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, Jason is predeceased by his in laws and his brother Mark.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2023 from 10am-12pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie, NY 12205. A prayer will be offered at 12pm at the funeral home.
