Jason Leuron Mentor, 29, passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2019 after a motor vehicle accident.
Jason was the son of Earl and Marilyn Mentor.
Jason was a member of the Schenectady County Police Auxiliary, and owner and operator of Jay's Pilot Car in Albany.
Jason enjoyed working on cars, riding his motorcycle, spending time with his family and friends. He was a dedicated father to his son and step-daughter.
In addition to his parents, Jason is survived by his maternal grandparents, Earle C. Mentor and Mildred Mentor, his fiancée, Quateisha M. Hines; his son and step-daughter; Quavion and Quayonna; his brothers and sisters; Oseta Mentor, Cleon Mentor, Jael Moffett, Shone Roberts and Alana Charles. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and several friends.
Calling hours will be held at Capital City Seventh Day Adventist, 168 S. Allen Street, Albany, NY on Tuesday, June 4, 2019, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm at the Church. Burial will follow the service at Albany Rural Cemetery, Cemetery Ave., Menands.
