Jason Adam Vivenzio, 41, passed away on Monday, October 2, 2017, after a long courageous battle, at St. Peters Hospital, with his loving family by his side.
Jason was the devoted husband of 18 years to Melissa (Kryzak) Vivenzio and cherished father to Isabella and Sophia.
He is the loving son of John and Mitzy Vivenzio.
Jason was a hard worker beginning his working life at 12 years of age cleaning the ground of his grandpa Tony's roofing jobs. He was currently working for Multi Phase Contracting as an Estimator/Project Manager. Jason spent many hours crafting with his girls and cooking for his family. Jason had a true love for the outdoors, hunting and fishing, a passion he was gifted with by his grandpa Tony and his dad.
Jason was predeceased by his grandparents; Anthony and Gladys Vivenzio and Joe and Ginny Anzalone.
He is also survived by his special brother Jeffrey, and godfather to Giuliana Vivenzio. Son in law of Ken & Debbie Kryzak, brother in law to Chris Kryzak & Carrie (Jerry) Johnson. Survived by multiple aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Loved dearly by his Aunt Cindy and Uncle Mike and Chuck and Sandy Kabrehl, who were at his bedside daily.
Calling hours will be held at Christ The King Church, 20 Sumpter Avenue, Albany, New York on Saturday October 7, 2017 from 8:30 am to 10:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow the calling hours at 10:30 am at the Church. Entombment will follow the service at St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands.
The family would like to send special thanks to Dr. Dinkles and the staff of the ICU and 5 Brady Farrell units at St. Peter's Hospital for their love and compassion, especially Kim and Flora.
