Jean Marie Pollay, 83, of Albany, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 20, 2019. Born in Schaghticoke on October 25, 1935, Jean was the daughter of the late Charles and Edith (McClain) Pollay.
Jean was a faithful member of Pineview Community Church in Albany.
Jean is survived by her brother, William (Winnie) Pollay of Newbury Park, CA. In addition to many nieces, nephews, cousins friends and church family. Besides her parents, Jean was predeceased by four brothers; Charles, Edward, Carl and Joseph Pollay and six sisters; Lucy Pollay, Ruth Thorsland, Louise Pawlows, Ilean Lovering, Margaret Little and Helene Mitchell.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 3rd at Pineview Community Church, 251 Washington Ave Ext, Albany, NY 12205. Private Interment will take place in Memory Gardens, Colonie.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Pineview Community Church.
