Clifton Park – Jean Rucinski 90, passed away on Saturday, January 21st at the Schuyler Ridge Residential Care Facility in Clifton Park, NY.
Born in Albany, New York, Jean was the daughter of the late Joseph and Helen Guildea and was a graduate of Vincentian Institute - Class President (1950).
A devoted wife to her Husband Robert of 71 years, Jean was an administrative assistant at the Siena College Career Center until her retirement. After retiring, she was a volunteer with Schenectady Hospice for 10 years.
Jean was member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Crescent. She was always devoted to the Catholic Church.
In addition to her husband, Jean is survived by her son, Loren (Mary Ellen) of Ballston Lake; her grandchildren, TJ (Alicia), Kevin (Liza), Timothy (Emily); and her great grandchildren, Julia, Grace (TJ/Alicia), Gavin, Benjamin, William (Kevin/Liza); as well as 3 nephews and 1 niece.
In addition to her parents, Jean was predeceased by her sister, Mary (2017).
The family would like to thank the dedicated staff at the Schuyler Ridge Residential Care Facility and The Community Hospice for the amazing care that Jean received there.
Services will be held privately.
