Jeanenne Clarissa Holt, 59, of Albany, N.Y., entered into eternal rest on December 18, 2020 at Albany Medical Center Hospital.
During her career she worked for many prestigious law firms throughout the Capital District.She was a Legal Secretary for the Albany County District Attorney where she was employed for over 10 years. Jeanenne loved her profession and was skilled in every aspect of her work leaving no stone unturned.
Jeanenne's hobbies included playing bingo, reading, traveling, shopping, singing and being dressed to the nines! Whether it was her love for travel or cooking for large gatherings, family, friends and leisure is what she enjoyed most. Her philosophy was simple: "treat others the way you want to be treated!"
Jeanenne is survived by her partner of 40 years, Andrea Russo; her son Andrea Holt Russo, her daughter Ana-Alysse Russo, her brothers Fred (Teresa) III, Michael, Alphonso and Lee Holt; her sister Stacey Holt-Cady; her sister in-law Janie Stanford and a host of other family members and friends to include Michelle Price, Dorothy Grimes, and Anita Briggs. A special mention to her boss David Soares; Albany County District Attorney and the DA family. She is predeceased by her mother, Bessie Louise Holt; her father, Fred Holt Sr.; her brothers, Russell Bryan Holt and Louis Grant Stanford; her grandmothers Laura Latham Ewell and Olivia Holt and her grandfathers Fred Holt and William Windom.
Private funeral services will be held on Tuesday December 29, 2020 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Rd, Watervliet NY 12189.
Flowers may be sent to the funeral home for the family by Tuesday morning.
