Jeanette B. Riviello

Jeanette B. Riviello, 98, passed away peacefully on June 6,2016 at Our Lady of Mercy Life Care Center, Guilderland, NY. Born in Albany, NY, on October 20, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Nettie Burckhard. She was the wife of the late Anthony Riviello, and sister of the late Edward Burckhard. She is survived by her children, Ms. Donna Biondo (Charles) of Summerfield, Florida, and Mr. Gary Riviello (Kathleen) of Guilderland, NY, and grandchildren Erin Miner (Guy) of Glens Falls, NY, Debora Biondo (Stephen Hubbs) of Groton, Conn. , Eli Abry (Tonya) of Castle Rock, Colorado, Nicole Perez (Angelo) of Albany , NY and Andrea and Kahlen Riviello of Guilderland, NY She is also survived by ten great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Jeanette was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker. She was also employed for almost 20 years as a book keeper with the Grand Cash Market in Albany, NY. Her life revolved around her husband Tony and her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, and she especially cherished the regular reunions of the Family Riviello.
We wish to thank all who offered kindness to Mom throughout her life, and to the staff of the Our Lady of Mercy for the sincere and compassionate care they provided for the past three years.
Visitation will be from 4 pm to 7 pm on Friday, June 10 at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. A funeral service will be held at 10 am on Saturday, June 11 at Bethany Reformed Church, 760 New Scotland Ave, Albany. Entombment will follow in Graceland Cemetery.
