Jeanne Keeler

Colonie: Jeanne Gervais Keeler, 82, passed away on May 24, 2013. Born and raised in Albany on August 15, 1930 to the late Oscar and Natalie Gervais. On April 15, 1952, she married the love her life, Bernard Keeler who passed away on April 5, 2013, they were true soul mates.
Jeanne passed away peacefully with her children by her side. She was a homemaker who had many hobbies. She especially enjoyed baking, writing poetry, playing cards and camping. Jeanne leaves behind her children Keith (Ann) and Kimberly Sherwin. She was predeceased by her son Kevin. In addition, she leaves behind six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren as well as many friends and extended family. A mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Clare's Church at 11a.m. on Saturday June 1. A celebration of Jeanne's life will be held immediately following at the VFW Post 8692 located at 1 VFW Drive. Graveside is private.
