COLONIE – Jeanne L. Wickham, 68, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2012 at Albany Medical Center Hospital.
Jeanne was born on August 31, 1943 in Albany and was the daughter of the late Henry C. and Mary Marie Augusta (Furst) Wickham. She enjoyed cooking, crocheting, knitting, sewing, gardening, feeding the birds, and shopping at Jo-Ann Fabrics. She also taught ceramics and was show chairman of the EMPCL. She was a member of the Colonie Senior Citizens.
Jeanne is survived by her loving son, Jason H.C. Wickham; her loving sister, Edith L. Wickham and several cousins.
A funeral service will be held at 7:00 pm Tuesday at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Calling hours will precede the service from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Tuesday.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Mohawk and Hudson River Humane Society, 3 Oakland Ave., Menands, NY 12204 in memory of Jeanne.
