WATERVLIET – Jeanne Thomas, 55, passed away on Thursday, May 21, 2009 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
Jeanne was born on November 26, 1953 in Albany and is the daughter of William and Mary (Lifite) Perone. She enjoyed needlepoint and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Garry Thomas; her devoted children, Garry Thomas Jr., Shawn Thomas and Jennifer Thomas; her cherished grandchildren, Brittany, Alexis and Jannel; her sisters, Mary Tuttle and Lee Perone; her brothers, William (Diane) Perone and Paul (Beverly) Perone; her father-in-law, John (Lucille Brennen) Thomas and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at New Comer-Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave.). Interment will follow at Our Lady Help of Christians Cemetery in Glenmont. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
