Jeffrey J. Stalker

ALBANY – Jeffrey J. Stalker, 44, passed away on Monday, July 8, 2013. Born in Albany, he was the son of the late Arnold and Alta Stalker. Jeff lived in Albany for most of his life and was a 1987 graduate of Albany High School. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Kevin Stalker.


Jeff is survived by his children, Jessica Weijola and Chloe and Gabriel Stalker. He is the brother of Gregory (Debra) Stalker and the nephew of Catherine Yankowski. Jeff is the stepson of Mary Ann Stalker and the step brother of Robin Steinhorst, Johanne (Timothy) DiMare, Henry (Kathleen) Steinhorst, Cheryl Steinhorst, Joy (Alan) Davis, David Stockbridge, Kyle Stalker, Breann Stalker and Rose Stalker. Also surviving are Jeff's nieces and nephews, Melissa (Shawn) Cotton, Timothy (Rachel) DiMare, Anthony DiMare, Kaitlyn Steinhorst and Elizabeth Steinhorst.


A Memorial Service will be held on Friday at 1:00 p.m. at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Calling hours will precede the service from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions would be appreciated to the Capital City Rescue Mission, P.O. Box 1999, Albany, NY 12201 or to the charity of one's choice in memory of Jeffrey J. Stalker.
