Seattle, WA - Jennie Mae LeZotte, born in Mechanicville NY on July 20, 1918, passed away on January 8th, at the age of 92. Wife of the late George LeZotte and daughter of the late Walker Fowler Miller Sr. and Amelia Hammond, Jennie Mae previously resided in Troy and Albany. A graduate of Mechanicville High School, Jennie Mae went on to study at the Paramount Beauty University. With her degree and many years of experience as a beautician, Jennie Mae owned and ran the 'House of Beauty' in Troy. Following her retirement she moved to Albany. Jennie Mae leaves behind a grandson, Harry Lauer IV and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 18th at 11:30 am at New Comer-Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, to be followed by a graveside service at Memory's Garden. To leave a special message for the family online, visit NewcomerAlbany.com
