Jessie " Pickles" Lee Milligan a loving father of three and a resident of Troy NY, passed away unexpectedly on October 12, 2021 at the tender age of 48 at home.

Jessie was born in Troy NY on November 9th 1972, to his mother Mildred M. Milligan and Late father William "Rudy'' Milligan. He was lovingly given the nickname Pickles. His legacy will be passed along through his children and grandchildren; the eldest his daughter Moniquea Milligan, his two sons Calvin "CJ" Milligan and Maurice "Reese" Lee Milligan Sr. and His grandchildren Z'Niyla Michelle Gardner and Maurice Lee Milligan Jr.

Pickles is survived by his Mother Mildred, his siblings; Lorraine and (Timothy) Robinson, Steven Milligan, William "Junebug" Milligan, Calvin and (Tina) Jackson, Carolyn Stevens, Felicia "ChaCha" Bellamy, Demetria "TuTu" Conyers, Frances "Teny" Conyers, William "Punkin" Milligan, Alexandra "Elan" Milligan, Nathan Milligan, Marcell and (Tara) Milligan, Tonya Milligan, and Kyle Milligan. He also has many nieces and nephews that will keep "Uncle Pic's" memory alive.

Pickles was a loving caring man who loved his family. He loved family events and tearing it up on the dance floor. Pickles loved catching a good boxing match and hosting a game night. He most often would enjoy watching a good game on Sundays with his brothers, nephews, and friends.

Pickles was a loving step father to Tionna Thrasher, Keith Thrasher, and step grandfather to Somaya Lee Thrasaher and Hezekiah Mond'air Sanders from Christina Wragge the mother of his sons.

Pickles spent 18 years with Kristine Hart and was a wonderful stepdad to her daughter Hannah Cook since she was 3 years old and her son, Bret Kelly and step grand father to Aiden Kelly. Together they traveled and enjoyed life to the fullest. Pickles lit up every room he walked into with his contagious smile. He happily greeted every single person in the room and was always ready to party! He gave the best hugs. He loved listening to music. Jadakiss and Young MA were among his favorites. Uncle Pickles will be remembered as one of the biggest sports fans, especially when it came to the Spurs and the Raiders. Pic was the life of the party. He will forever be beyond loved and will be truly and deeply missed by all.

As Jessie "Pickles Lee Milligan would say;

"Everything's gonna be Alright."
