Brown, JoAnn, 59, On march 29, 2023 Jo Ann brown gained her wings at the age of 59. She was born on June 5th 1963 to the parents of Elbert Waters and the late Maxcine Brown. She worked at the department of labor for 14 years .She love loved to travel and spending time with her family. She is known for her kindness and ability to be silly. Jo Ann is deeply loved, cherished, admired and will forever be remembered by her family and friends .
Her legacy and love carries on through her :
