Joan L. Farrigan "Joanie", 89, has passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, being reunited with the love of her life of 64yrs Bob..
Joanie was born and raised in Troy, NY to the late Clement and Dorilla Jubert on Feb. 2, 1934.
Joan married the love of her life Bob on July 15, 1956, and together they raised their family of six children.
She was a homemaker and dedicated to her children, especially enjoyed her role as Nana
and loved her social gatherings. She also enjoyed many evenings out dancing
with Bob at the Desmond with a tom collins in hand.
Joanie is predeceased by her parents; her husband Bob; her son-in-law Alan Haskell; her brother
Survived by her children Linda (Clifford) Ogniewski, Bonnie (Alan) Haskell, Robert (Ann) Farrigan,
Ronald (Amy) Farrigan, Joanne (Paul ) Smith and Amy (Stephen) Messier; 13 grandchildren; 13 great
grandchildren; one sibling
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the staff of St. Peter's Nursing and Rehab in Albany for their
care of Joanie
