Joan Catherine Jadlos

Melrose- Joan Catherine Jadlos, 86, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 25, 2022 with her loving family by her side. She was the daughter of the late Jim and Helen Downey. Joan was the devoted wife to Peter Jadlos. They were married 55 years.

Joan worked for Montgomery Ward in Menands, New York for 17 years until her retirement. After her retirement she was a loving housewife.

Joan enjoyed spending time with her entire family and loved cooking for them. She was an avid horseback rider. Joan loved spending time with her beloved dog Jack.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Road, Watervliet, New York 12189 on Monday August 1, 2022 from 4pm to 7pm. A graveside service will be held at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, 200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville, NY 12871 on Tuesday August 2, 2022 at 12:30pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Joan's name to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Ave, Menands, NY 12204.
