Joan Frances Lochner

ALBANY- Joan Butts Lochner, 79, passed away on June 15, 2017 at home.
She was born to the late Helen and Harold Butts Sr. in Albany, NY.
She was employed for over 40 years. After Joan retired she spent many years caring for her mother.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 50 years, John J. Lochner and her brothers, Harold and John Butts and sister, Shirley Burckhard.
She is survived by her wonderful nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at 11:00am New Comer Funerals & Cremations, 343 New Karner Rd., Albany, NY 12205. Visitation will be from 10:00am to 11:00am prior to services at the funeral home. A graveside service will follow at St. Matthews Cemetery, Glenmont, NY.
