Joanne Edwards

COLONIE – Joanne D. (Humphrey) Edwards, passed away at home on Sunday, April 15, 2007. Born in Albany, she was the beloved daughter of Delores Humphrey and the late Ernest Humphrey. Joanne enjoyed doing crafts, caring for her plants and listening to classic rock. In addition to her mother, Joanne is survived by her devoted children, Mark (Michelle) Withkowski and Marja (Michael) Townsend. She is the loving sister of Dennis (Michelle) Humphrey. Joanne is the cherished grandmother of Ethan Townsend, Riley Withkowski, Myles Townsend, Aiden Withkowski and Sophia Townsend.
Calling hours will be Thursday evening from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Funeral services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions would be appreciated to the Mohawk & Hudson River Humane Society, Oakland Ave., Menands, NY 12204 in memory of Joanne D. (Humphrey) Edwards.
