ALBANY- Joe C. Knight, age 72, passed away surrounded by family on July 12, 2020 at home. He was born in Montgomery, AL, the son of the late Joel and Vera. Joe was predeceased by his siblings: James Knight, Margie Jackson, Betty Creigh, Mary Cargill and Billy Cargill.
Joe is survived by his wife, Beverly Knight; children: Ayanna Knight, Kahina Knight-Kornegay and Joshua Knight; sisters: Linda Welcome, Sherry Landy and Eula Mae Merritt. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, three great grandsons and a host of other family and friends.
