Schenectady- John Curtis IV, 60, passed away on April 23, 2022. Born on April 27, 1961 son of John Curtis III and Sonja Young in Albany, NY.
John will be remembered as a devoted father, son, brother and friend. He owned and operated his own painting business for many years. He also enjoyed deer hunting, playing pool, camping and fishing. He will be dearly missed.
John was predeceased by his wife Pamela Bray and his father John Curtis III.
He is survived by his mother and step father Sonja and Mark Young; brother, Mark Curtis (Laura); children, John M Curtis, Kristen Curtis, Amanda Allen; step daugher, Jacklyn Livi; aunts and uncles, Linda Snyder, Irene Allen, Shirley Smith (Otis) and Gary Snyder (Joan) as well as a grandson Finely Holt and many cousins.
Services will be private.
