SCHENECTADY—John F. Haines, 64, passed away suddenly on October 18, 2011.
John was born in Albany, a son of the late Floyd Haines and Leona Badger McGoldrick. John worked for the Sanitation Department for the city of Albany until his retirement.
He was predeceased by his wife, Theresa Sawyer Haines.
Survivors include his children, John E. Haines and Maria Elena Eagle; brother, Eddie Haines of Albany and a sister, Marie (Ron) Weisheit of Selkirk.
John had a family that loved him, his son John says "I love you dad" and his daughter "Nothing in this world can replace you as my dad."
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
