John Joseph Galietta

John Joseph Galietta, 60, passed away Thursday, December 26, 2024 at the Baptist Health Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Scotia.

John was born on April 1, 1964 in Albany and is the son of Michael P. Galietta Sr. and Antoinette A. (Mayone) Galietta. He worked as a chef for the State Room in Albany for many years.

John enjoyed spending time with his family and loved cooking for them. He also enjoyed his car collection and motorcycles. 

In addition too his father, John is survived by his brother and sister-in law, Michael P. Galietta Jr. and Stephanie (Rocco) Galietta; his nieces, Nicole Juntura, Jaimie Appel and Macy Galietta; his great nephews, Anthony and Axel Appel and Corwin and Camden Juntura.

Inurnment will be held at Memory Gardens with a private committal service.
