SCHENECTADY-John E. Hendricks, 63, of Schenectady passed away unexpectedly on April 27, 2017.
John resided in Schenectady and for the past 20 years became a member of Patricia's family. While he was there John enjoyed music, walking and spending time outdoors. John was a quiet and reserved man, during his time with Pat's family, John formed a close circle of friends with whom he shared many fond memories and a special bond.
John was kind hearted, helpful and was always willing to lend a hand or participate when needed. He will be very deeply missed.
John is survived by his family, Patricia Langston and the members of his family care home, many friends and the network of individuals who participated in his care.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2017 from 11am-12pm at New Comer Funerals & Cremations, 343 New Karner Rd., Albany, NY 12205. A time to remember and celebrate John's life will begin at 12pm at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Memory Garden's Cemetery following services.
